Delivery across the UAE

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location in the UAE.

Free shipping on orders over 300 AED. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at estelproshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we will make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return. If it is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need some extra time to show it.
